I have Acronis True Image 2015 and I take a problem, again. When I become to the deject, and I try to restore the files, I become the error message:

"The server is not bachelor at the moment. Please endeavor once again subsequently. ssn: 0EE4E08944A8817275877DBAB065BA15.betha
rqst: 377a383d
date: December 01, 2014, 08:02:21 (UTC)"

This has been going on for many days. The cloud service is constantly problem, and why?

I asked the communication from back up and they replied:

"I have checked that the information-center for your cloud fill-in is in Europe and currently there is some issue with the online server and the online team is working on resolving the issue. Nosotros request you to try to restore the files after 24 hours."

Are other Europeans had the same trouble recently?

I made a new cloud backup and it works as it should in browser. Only at the same fourth dimension the old backup report an error:" The server is non available at the moment. Please effort again later."

This has been happening all twenty-four hours today.. Support says the server problem is being serviced only what happens if you are a business concern and you need to recover files. Is Acronis as reliable as they keep telling usa.

Took 2 days whithout power access the cloud whit this problem, the technical service says that are workiing to solve but however does not piece of work. This is painful I idea was a reliable service.

Laurel, outages occur from time to time. Pretty sure the Deject hasn't been downward since December 2014.  You lot should conact Acronis technical support to detect out if in that location is an outage on their end.  If you accept a a cloud subscription, you should accept support.  If you also have a subscription, why are you notwithstanding using an older version?

How-do-you-do,

I accept ii sheduled backups that accept worked since installation but all of a sudden I get this message . . .

"Cannot transport request, because the server is not available, please try over again afterward."

Help, what's happening and what should I practise?

Hi in that location and cheers for responding.

I assemble from your response that you recollect I utilise the cloud or deject server. I admittedly do not. My backup goes to my NAS bulldoze on my office network then I'm at a loss equally to what the error message refers to.

ANy other ideas or should open a back up case with Acronis?

Stephen, OK, I didn't know this was a NAS based backup, so the KB documents I referenced would non be relevant.

Can you postal service the log file contents for ane of the failing backups?

Information technology is possible that something in your network path to the NAS may have inverse here?
